Kiddies Summer Skill Acquisition is Here to Stay....yay!

The Beginning:

A little girl looked at an adult lady and asked an honest question in what looked like a mini-prospecting drama; "Aunty, did you do Helping Hands when you were my age"? Happy to have readily found an sharp excuse for the inquisitive child, the older lady quickly answered her question, "There was no Helping Hands, they just came to Nigeria a few years back" in the most sonorous voice she could muster. 

The little girl still pressing in her mind threw up another question. "Aunty are you a member of Helping Hands?" The question hit her from yet another dogged member like she has always avoided only this time from a much younger, promising member. "I haven't, I will get registered next week." She ask one last question and that was the mind boggling, jaw dropping question that made aunty numb and white, "Where do you think Helping Hands will be, by the time i'm like you"? Aunty could no longer answer are question and this was how the skill acquisition for kids to catch them young was born.

We started setting the stage:

It came to the consciousness of our kid's mother and friends who were already high ranking Helping Hands members to start early by building a pathway for the kids to go so that when they grow, they will not depart from it and this path leads to great success. The type that they never had the opportunity of when they were much younger like the aunty in our story. 

Set of Skills Learnt 

1. There was Ballons Craft: The kids learnt how to make balloons of different shapes with the right tools and they had fun with it hands-on.

 

2. Buttons-Craft: The tools here is a gum gun which is convenient to hold, nicely cut pieces of cloth and different shapes and colours of buttons to play with.

 

3. Paper Flower Craft: Imagine that lovely flower in your beautiful mind that you've not seen anywhere in any garden or forest, you can create it with paper! Amazing!

  

With all these learnt we were ready to party on with the kids for a successful day out, with loads of pictures to keep the memory of this giant step forward.

So much fun till we were able to bring the day to a lovely close. We thank all our parents and grand patron in person of Ambassador Obitex for coming. All the Festac crew organisers, DM Yetunde, DM Lilian, Minister Uzzy, our chief decorator and organiser Sis. Bunmi and team lead DM Ademola for making this kiddies event memorable and successful. We encourage the whole Helping Hands world to also catch them young with us. 

To all other aunties and uncles, mum and dads who have not yet registered and keep procastinating, the question goes back to you, "Where do you think H2i will be when these kids grow up in this fashion"?

How The Helping Hands T Shirt Saved A Member From Being Lynched

Good morning everybody I don't know how to start this but am glad am at least writing this to you all alive and sound...thanks to H2i T-shirt that came to my Rescue...Let me give a brief detailed testimony that happened yesterday...

I left Golden Tulip hotel for igbeneri junction(Ashade Estate) precise to see a friend who came back from south Africa,I wanted to discuss some business ideas with him...

On my way coming back I decided to use bike down to Alakija and then find my way to my destination from there...

So there came this bike with a young lady already on board it,the bike man told me to enter that he is also going to Alakija with the young lady,and he also told me that is how they run it in lagos...

At first I resented but then I looked at my time and it was getting late and moreover Skility and Lady G don dae call me like say I win lottery...

So I boarded this bike with this young lady and we set for Alakija...

On our way this stupid young Lady that God will help me punish,started shouting her phone, her phone,before I knew what was happening the bike man has stopped the bike,told us to come down and search ourselves..Inukwa!!!

I asked the girl what type of phone is that?she told me iPhone 6+ okay I told them to search me na... Suddenly the bike man started shouting Ole Ole in Yoruba tone,and this stupid girl joined him and started crying ooo.

Omo before I knew what was happening Lagos don gather around me ooo unto lynching level oo, hmmm omo I tell my self if you don't stand your ground this people go kill you and burn you in Lagos state omo I counter attack their sentiments and comments why will I be accused and even killed for what I dont know.

To be honest the tension was getting High and serious oo, smelling mouths and breath was crowding my sanity and sense of reasoning, hold up don even start small small..

All I know was that this Lexus Jeep parked and out came a man who started asking what was the problem and why are creating hold up,? People wae know and people wae no know anything begin talk rubbish wae full their mouth oo so luckily the man asked me young man what happened?..

I explained my self and even told him am just leaving a mega award which my company hosted at Golden Tulip hotels Festac...

I was surprised when the man said he recognizes the T-shirt I was wearing and that he watched the event on (STV) that even somebody he knows picked a car from that event...He now asked me the name of the organization which I told him,he then asked for the bike man and to my utmost surprise bike man was no where to be found he then told the guy in his car to hold the young lady that they are criminals...

Before then the mob have taken my phone and ATM card even Some money in my pocket..

Luckily I retrieved my phone and ATM but the money I didn't retrieve..

The man in the Lexus jeep gave me 1k to use and transport myself to kirikiri town....

I don't have much to say but at least am here to drop this news...Am giving gratitude to that T-SHIRT with H2i encryption na so they for kill innocent guy cos say in carry dread

There is no society in the world that has evenly distributed wealth. In fact, what we have is an hierarchy of status; from acutely poor to poor to middle class, rich, wealthy, affluent, etc the list is like the frequency of a wave with varying wavelengths.


Everyone has needs, human wants are unlimited but some lack even the basic things of life that others care less about. Some rich people have a lot of houses put up for rent which some people are at the brink of being thrown out of their homes for not being able to meet up with their rent for years. This class will still be thankful to God when they see people sleeping under the bridge and pray they don't end up there.


Some rich people have and they give while Some have but can not give, Some poor people have and would have loved to give if they were in such position, Some poor people do not have and will still not give if they were opportuned to.


*We all fall into one of these categories* that is why there can never be a balance of wealth in any society


The category of rich people who truly want to help go ahead to form different charities. The ones who have compassion for people living with HIV form theirs, the ones who have passion for women and care for the ones abused open theirs, the ones who have passion for Heamophilia patients too have their charities. *Now, Charities depend solely on donations.


Charities like Churches and other religious bodies depend solely on donations and that's why am usually stunned when people ask how Helping Hands as a charity organisation makes its money from. Surprised again when asked what Helping Hands use the money for. Both questions will reveal themselves.


Had it been the poor family that is about to be thrown out of their flat for not being able to meet up with their rent for years appreciated and donated to the course of the ones under the bridge, there would possibly have been another charity they could go for solace that can offset their rent. Maybe


We use the charity we can afford to give to, to pray for ourselves. That is why some people donate different things to different societies not because they are so rich, what they have is surplus , they do it as a form of prayer to the higher status above their hierarchy of needs or as a means of saving for a rainy day. A man might want to donate blood knowing full well that one day, he might be the one in need of it. What would be the plight of accident victims if everyone has never donated?


Although Christianity hammers and bothers so much on giving let's remove religion from this. What I have explained above is the moral angle of it.

Why you should think like a woman to succeed in H2i

*Numero uno* Be Human, Be woman!

Women present themselves as beautiful. What makes a man or woman beautiful? Courtesy and open minds. Even if you're a man, you need to put up your beautiful self. You have to be androgynous. Act as both male and female. Greetings and willingness to please should be your major target. 

You have to be seen as someone that shows empathy, you have to be sociable and hospitable. Being hostile and rigid can make the most beautiful woman look ugly when you eventually get nearer but being open, warm, caring, courteous, sociable and *witty* can make anyone beautiful when you get closer to them.

Hello sir, hello ma, smilies, how is your family, how was work today, 😊 bla bla bla; can make you seem beautiful to people who do not know you from afar and are meeting you for the first time. Prospecting online is better because it's a plain field for all, young and old, male and female. I won't lie, I put up my wife's picture as my whatsapp dp sometimes to check the difference between male and female approach and believe me no difference. You just need to be soft spoken and tactful. Women are tactful and witty so I emulate them. I will explain tact and wits later.

*Number 2* Concentrate on the present

This should have been number one to me. Women have a deep sense of responsibility especially the married ones with children. So they are more passionate. They need the growth they can get to cater to their family. "Oh my children"! "Oh my husband"! They do it passionately out of the *love* they have for their family. 

The male hardware does not really care as deep as the woman, in as much as the man can borrow and provide for the immediate, he thinks he's fine. Men get easily distracted. I have gone to cut my hair early one evening around 7pm only to discover the "male" barber has abandoned his shop to go and watch football. A woman may also have other interests like Telemundo, but they would have made sure they have done all they need to do so that they can concentrate on that Telemundo and immediately after that, they get back to work.

*Number 3* Gain trust by appealing with the truth

Why do people trust women more? Because they feel they are weak and can not hurt them so they lay down their guard. When two women are talking intimately, you will hear one telling the other the truth and saying "Trust me" I hear my wife say it a lot so I also adopt it.

I am a psychologist. If there's anything anyone is doing to achieve results, I try to copy it!

The truth is consistent. When people lie to achieve what they want, there are some things they say, that might negate others later they might have forgotten.

I use the phrase "the truth is that....." a lot when I want to answer some prospects delicate questions so they can feel relaxed. It is believed that if you constantly pin point the truth, then you have the capacity to always say the truth. Even here, you read me sometimes when I say "the truth is that....." You can't give what you don't have. The truth will reveal itself with time. 

If the person you told one truth finds out just one thing is false about what you have said even if the other 99 things are true that person may want to use that only one thing against you and all that is required is time. One way to avoid this is do not say what you can not defend at any time line.

According to Robert Green's 48 laws of power. The 12th Law. Use selective honesty to disarm your enemy. Please open your mind, there is no enemy or victim in this case, but I use this law to influence people to do what I want them to do since I mean no harm. Tactful women are good at this.

*Number 4* ????

Tact and wit as displayed by women. I love this.  A woman will not tell you some things if she's not sure how you'll take it. So she sees the end of every conversation from the beginning, she brainstorms to see where or what you're driving at and if you're obscure and not direct she brings you to focus by asking you "reverse questions".....lol

What are reverse questions, they usually start by "are you now saying........" "please what are you driving at?" she might even be a bit pre-emptive by saying "what you're saying now is that......."...lol. 

Being tactful is being intelligent enough not to reveal your weakness or ignorance. The cosmetics and make over is a defence of what lies beneath. Now a woman would ask, how are all these applicable? What are you driving at Demola? What am saying is that, always read between the lines of what someone is saying. Practice the art of listening. If you want to offend a woman, pay less attention when she's talking or pick only what you want to hear by doing selective listening and you will hear it. Be witty when you converse with people whether by chat or voice. Know where they are going or what they are driving at so that you can know how to channel you questions to get the right results.

*Number 5* Go Beyond Borders

Women have no ceiling: they sell the best options. If possible, if you can bring N10 million to register all your local government people into helping hands pls bring it that is how a woman thinks, while some men will just be talking N6,600 and pitying people that have big money to help and empower others.

Master the art of seduction. God has naturally given women what men will see to attract them. Those things all lead to a particular place and it's meant for reproducing another of ones self. All the other things you do should attract people to you.

A careful study of my Facebook Fanpage will reveal the kind of person i am to you and the write ups I have there makes some people just go out of their way to contact me saying "Hello, are you Mr Ademola?" I have been reading your fanpage and I want you to tell me what this helping hands thing is about. And so like a woman, I will tell you i'm busy and do shakara well well before I give you all you need. I know you don't have anywhere else to go and I know what I have to give so, I do my shakara carefully. The art of seduction is carrying people away from their normal way of life to follow you; only that this time towards a path that will be a win win to both parties.

Since where you're leading them is a path of wellness and prosperity, then you're fine. A lot of people seduce for wrong reasons and it works for them so why can't I use the same concept to make people better? One way to escape temptation is to give in to it. I offer great options you can't resist.

The flowery scents attract insects to fertilise the ovary. You want more down lines sebi, then you must make yourself attractive even as a man. Thank you. 5: Cornering or conversing with contacts in the group for any other thing apart from H2i is highly prohibited. Offenders would be deleted immediately they are named. "Toasting", Cajoling and snatching behind the scene is not allowed. Please this is H2i and not H2Love.

6: Prospects are monitored and given a grace window of 72 HOURS ( 3 DAYS) to decide if they want to PAY their one off fee of N6,600 and join the train as a Help Partner or would be cordially be excused / removed from the group.

7: Every registered member is advised to get their own downlines we offer support but this does not mean we harbour inactiveness. Please endeavor to bring in prospects and your own members.

8: It is our tradition that once we earn any amount from $100 and above, we should give back to the group by throwing in digits for recharge cards. Please comply, it is fun! Defaulting members who earn and keep much would be deemed as ingrates. We are in this together. The best motivation is your earning testimony to the group.

 "One has to be rich inside before one is can be rich on the outside. If one gets rich on the outside without being rich on the inside, its just a matter of time. The riches will soon fly away just like King Solomon said in Prov. 23:5."

That is another reason to be in Helping hands. 

You will get all these little little experiences about how to start from inside. It's all in the mind I tell you.Most of our leaders in politics especially before now we're not rich from inside that's why they loot and engage in corrupt practices thereby jeopardising the future of even the *unborn*

So many big houses in Abuja built with questionable money. The houses cause artificial scarcity for people living there yet nobody lives in the big ones built just to tie down looted funds.

Even the ones who get ahead faster in Helping Hands are those who were first rich inside.

Being rich inside is about how many truths you've fed yourself with over a long period of time. Part of the truths you practice and is already part of you. Being rich inside is about having the right *content*

Let me give you an illustration;More like a revelation

You see, every spermatozoan has the head (Acrosomal sac) and a tail (flagellum). You see, the only spermatozoan than eventually fertilises an egg is the one that has the most concentration in the acrosome (head) and as such it swims faster and more intelligently to the egg. This concentrate in the head of the spermatozoan is not different from the content we carry as adults.

What you want to do if you want to fertilise any egg in any field is to feed yourself with more content than any other spermatozoan in that field.

When you pick up a jar or pack of juice, they say it's rich in vitamins. You have to be rich with content from inside first. That is the easiest way to cut through competition and challenges is using the truths you have inside. It is the content you have, that made you feel the need to join Helping hands in the first place. Most people who lack content will not join. If you first look for people who are rich from inside, your conversion rate will be easier and faster. A poor mind cant simply understand why you must give to get more. He would rather hold on tight to the little he has. It's about content. The truth is consistent.

I don't need to be a pastor to share the truth I have studied in the past. I don't even read again sef 😀😀 the skills am using now are from books I read in my final year and while serving and when I was looking for a job. The bible teaches "Study to show thyself approved unto God; a workman rightly dividing the truth without shame."

You will not know how to make other people join you in h2i if you've not taken time to study and fill yourself with the truth to practise!It starts from inside. Slowly, gradually.


Then you start breaking grounds and marvel at yourself how far you have come.
Have you done things that even you, will say "wow".  it's easy for those who know how.

Life can be miserable if you don't have the right content to succeed in your chosen business. Very miserable. You will just be crying inside.

Only 2 things you can do.

1. Seek divine assistance in so far your intention is genuine
2. Study. Imbide the truth. Marry it. Then practice what you have learnt.

Be willing to fail more at what you practice. Learnt fast. Unlearn fast and you will succeed!

Only think of yourself as being great. Thinking anything less is undermining what God has put into you or designed through you.

Ah han you too check it now. How can someone that God formed, who had the right content among million of others (when you didn't know yourself) say you can't get to stage 4 or make it in anything that you put your hands into?. 

God sef that created the design which is you may not be happy sef. You can do *all* things. Just pray for the strength and skills to be able to do it.

Common!. 

A giant is not the one to beg to be brave, it's a rat or cat. You don't have to believe me. But there is a giant in everyone. The problem is, only you and God can bring it out.

No matter how good a doctor is, if you're sick and you approach the doctor, the first thing the doctor will ask you is "how are you feeling?" or "how is it doing you"?. 

They have not made the Medical software or machine that will tell the doctor accurately how you feel.
They've not born that doctor that will just give you drugs without asking you what is wrong with you

It must start from inside. How do you feel from inside? Rich or poor? Only you have the answer. Thank you
